    Malagousia Nature of Tetramythos winery is a pure expression of the mountain vineyard variety produced by mild natural winemaking methods. Far from the usual extroverted, fruity - but monotonous - expressions of the variety, Nature comes from a specific vineyard at 715 m in Ano Diakopto, where the cold mesoclimate and clay-rocky soils naturally limit yields and give the wine mineral energy and depth. On the nose, aromas of jasmine, lemon peel, green herbs and subtle mineral hints stand out, in a pure aromatic expression of a cold climate. In the mouth, it combines freshness and volume with precision and balance, leading to an aftertaste that is long and crystal clear in purity. A wine that is not limited to the easy charm of the variety but faithfully expresses the cold place from which it comes.

    100 % Malagouzia, from an organic, mountainous vineyard with northern exposure in Ano Diakopto, Aigialeia. The cold mesoclimate and clay-rocky soils ensure low yields per hectare and excellent aromatic concentration. The vinification is of mild interventions with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, exclusively from free-flowing juice. Malolactic is spontaneous and is bottled without filtering or clarification with minimal sulfites. One of the most interesting Malagouzies on the market that ideally combines Asian dishes such as sushi and seafood. It can age and develop honeyed complexity over the years.
