Rose Penteskoufi from the Mavroudi variety, a variety that after research with agriculture was found to be genetically related to Agiorgitiko, something like the ancestor of, say, Agiorgitiko, is produced by direct pressure of all bunches. The color that managed to "pull" the wine is a wonderful pomegranate with extremely expressive aromas of ripe strawberry and mouth with dense fruit, mild levels of tannins and long aftertaste.
