Vouni Panayia Whole Bunch

One of the amazing micro-communications of Vouni Panagia, the series of experiments that for so many years have given many useful conclusions to the Kyriakides family about the potential of the varieties of Cyprus. The experiments are coming to an end and from the various experiments of this five-year period some wines will be put into production as a matter of course. Whole Bunch is a different, highly complex expression of the Xynisteri variety that has fermented in contact with the skins. An "orange" wine with orange peel, so juicy and ripe but at the same time perfectly dry on the palate and with "tons" of personality and character. Amazingly complex, impressive, one of the top "skin-contact" wines in our collection.
