Σκλάβου Αλχυμικός Λευκός

Evriviadis Slavos "blends" the mild pressures from all the white local varieties he vinifies, with the exception of Robola, into a blend with 50% quality Roditis that he buys from the highlands of Aigialia. Alchymikos loses none of the character of Sklavos' wines, nor does Evriviades himself make any distinction against it compared to his other wines. Native yeasts, long contact with the lees, low sulfur and very gentle filtration, in a wine with ripeness and minerality reminiscent of a sea breeze in the glass. Alchymikos has nothing to envy from the top Sklavos vinifications and of course has a truly excellent value.
