A blend of 35% Kotsifali, 35% Mandilari, and 30% aromatic Muscat of Spina, slightly deeper in color than a typical Provence rosé and with far greater aromatic expression and flavor depth. Sourced from four different vineyard sites within the Archanes zone, Moinoterra’s rosé is an irresistibly attractive, aromatic wine with notes of red fruits, floral hints, and lemon. Elegant and crisp, with refreshing acidity, it has a distinctly summery character, beautifully balancing texture and vibrancy thanks to the mountain vineyards from which the grapes originate. There is also a subtle hint of sweetness that harmonizes with the wine’s lightly spicy character.
Short skin contact at low temperatures. The must from the red varieties is blended with the fermenting must of Muscat of Spina, enhancing both color and aromatic complexity. The wine remains in contact with fine lees in stainless steel tanks for about three months, gaining volume and a touch of complexity. A versatile wine suitable for all occasions—perfect as an aperitif or paired with fried dishes or Mediterranean cuisine.
