Gaudry Sancerre "Pour Vous"

There is no substantial difference in the winemaking process for Pour Vous and A mi-Chemin. Vincent Gaudry follows the same traditional approach, aging the wine in old oak barrels with minimal to no intervention. The distinction arises exclusively from the terroir, as only the French know how to capture it. While A mi-Chemin expresses a more austere, almost explosive minerality, Pour Vous, from a vineyard on Kimmeridgian soils, takes on a more mature and generous character. Hints of honey, a rounder texture, and a minerality that supports without dominating. As if it were reaching out to you, as if it were, indeed, made pour vous (for you).
