Evryviadis Sklavos' Eufranor is not just an aromatic wine. It would be a terrible oversimplification to dwell only on this dimension. This special blend of Muscatella and Vostridi varieties has a very sophisticated character with finesse on the aromas and plenty of volume, body and even soft tannins. A special “dowry” given by the dynamic Vostridi in the blend. Eufranor comes from biodynamically grown grapes, with gentle winemaking techniques and is bottled with minimal sulphites and unfiltered. The wine is therefore not stripped of its aromas and acquires many levels of complexity. It has all the characteristics of a particularly gastronomic wine.

More info

Elegant and introverted aromatically, it has elements of the character of Muscatella, which anyway constitutes 70% of the blend. Ripe fruit, bergamot and ripe lemon, with citrus blossom and a vegetal quality reminiscent of the green part of the bud before it opens. Wet earth and earthiness intensify the layering of the aromas. The palate is more spicy than directly aromatic, with a light touch of tannins and perfectly integrated acidity. It is a wonderful introduction to the wines of Evriviades Sklavos, highlighting the multifaceted character of the native varieties of the island of Kefalonia.
