Three elements define the character of Roditis Nature: poor limestone soils that limit yields per acre, old non-irrigated cup-shaped vines that concentrate the aromas, and an altitude of 840m that makes Tetramythos' Roditis like a breath of mountain air in the mouth. The nose is crystal clear with aromas of lemon, bergamot, and green apple. On the palate, it has a creamy texture that balances the lemony acidity, while the minerality refreshes every sip.
