The Assyrtiko Maison Viticole from the Ligas Estate is a bold, orange-style Assyrtiko made entirely through natural vinification, which remains in contact with the skins for two days. Cloudy, orange in color, multi-layered, aromatic, with distinctive aromas of citrus peel, caramel, herbs, and mineral notes alongside funkier, animal notes. One of the most characterful Assyrtikos wines, produced with absolutely zero intervention in the winemaking process and from old vineyards. Fantastic paired with baked goat cheese, walnuts, and beets.
