This old-fashioned approach accurately highlights the terroir, emphasizing the subtle differences of each vineyard. Delicate and well-shaped, with nerve and substance, it perfectly complements the floral and fruity profile of the wine, which reminds of notes of clover, blackberry and fresh strawberry with a subtle chocolate finish. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, with fine tannins and a balance between freshness and ripeness. The finish highlights the minerality, with hints of smoke and gunpowder, leaving a particularly pleasant feeling.
