Tsililis Terres Io White

IÓ white is a single-varietal Assyrtiko from the Tsililis Terres winery in Meteora. It comes from organic, dry vineyards grown on poor, schistose soils, next to the impressive rock landscape. With manual harvesting and gentle interventions in the vinification process, the wine retains the freshness and nerve of the variety in a more fruity and accessible version.
