Tsililis Terres Edenia Bella

The classic blend of Assyrtiko and Malagouzia grapes acquires a completely unique identity in Meteora: mineral and elegant, without losing its aromatic finesse. The unique terroir, with poor soils and a strong continental influence, offers large temperature differences throughout the day, giving the fruit freshness and intensity. The organic cultivation of the Tsililis Terres vineyards and gentle vinification enhance the purity and authenticity of the fruit's expression. The glass unfolds aromas of grapefruit, lemon, peach, lychee, and fresh basil, while on the palate, cool acidity meets minerality. The wine is aromatic without being excessive, lively and full-bodied, with a balance that makes it much more interesting gastronomically than similar blends.

More info

The blend is dominated by Assyrtiko, with Malagouzia accounting for approximately 20%, enhancing the aromatic intensity alongside the characteristic freshness and pulsating energy of the wine. The vineyards are organically cultivated, with the grapes pressed whole, together with the stems. Fermentation takes place spontaneously, with indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then left for six months with the fine lees, gaining additional volume and complexity. It is bottled with limited use of sulfites and gentle filtration to preserve its character as much as possible. A wine that combines aromatic elegance with a refreshing dimension, ideal for drinking with or without food.
